About The Ministry
Core Ministries is a ministry of healing and deliverance. As we go through the process, God qualifies us through our own life experiences. The calling on our lives is rich with an anointing that bears a heavy cost. Addiction is but a symptom of a root disorder, finding that root can take a lifetime. Unqualified people with good intentions often cause more damage to the afflicted. It’s not until God sends that person who understands the process and the signs of a problem bigger than the condition that overshadows the individual.
The “Core” is what we are after; we’ve found it in ourselves to be a rejection wounded complex manifesting itself in the way of drugs, alcohol, sexual deviance, gossip, backbiting, etc. These lists of manifestations are all numbing mechanisms to divert pain because the “Core” problem isn’t readily evident to most of us. Core Ministries focus is on that root not the symptom. We believe by helping people identify with the real issue will cause them to began a holistic approach to true freedom and real deliverance from that which has them bound. We don’t profess to know every root solution, but through the Word of God, continued education, and constant fellowship with our Core partners, we continue the stand against the enemy as The Holy Spirit reveals the name of each demon and the steps we must take to help the members of our body free itself from these spiritual infections.
Deliverance is not just one alter event, it’s a process, and that process is usually violent as the demon battles to keep its roots buried in your life. It would be a perfect world if one could receive healing all at once, some have turned away but even then had no way to maintain and the root either grew back or manifested itself in another area. I went from being a crack addict to a porn addict to an excessive compulsive shopper. The key is pulling that weed up by the root through confrontation which is violence, a tearing takes place, and pain is induced to bring true freedom.
We represent the patient guides that walk beside you as you go through; we stand in the gap making sure the process is just that, in process. We model a level of honesty, transparency, and truth which we believe is the only way to really be healed. Often, the ones attempting to help you are not in a process, they stand from a higher position of arrival when in fact none of us have arrived; we are in a constant state of arriving. What would we need a savior for if there was nothing to save?
